Katelyn Cameron is a Graduate of the Sir Sanford Fleming’s Massage Therapy Program (2016). She has worked in a spa setting and also enjoys providing deep tissue massage, Swedish massage and has additional training in Prenatal Massage. Katelyn also provides Massage with Cupping, Hot Stone and Indie Head Massage. Katelyn customizes every treatment to help achieve the desired outcomes for each of her clients.

Crystal is a very dedicated and hardworking physiotherapist. She graduated with Bachelor’s degree in Physiotherapy in 2009 and completed her Master’s with Honors in Neurological Rehab in 2011.

Crystal has experience in treating a wide range of Neurological and Orthopedic patient populations by using evidence-based practice and client-centered care. She has completed courses for Vestibular Rehabilitation and concussion where she helps people solve their dizziness, balance problems and other symptoms. Crystal completed her first level of training and is certified in Acupuncture through Acupuncture Canada. She has also recently finished Arthritis Society’s ‘Getting a Grip on Arthritis’ osteoarthritis and rheumatoid arthritis program. Crystal believes in the saying “practice makes you perfect” and tries her best to make her clients as independent as possible in their daily activities.

Crystal has a special interest in Women’s Health Physiotherapy and is passionate about improving the quality of life for women. She has completed her training from Pelvic health solutions.

She understands that each patient presents with different impairments and always utilizes evidence-based and patient-specific interventions and manual techniques.

Dr. Idris Khan is a Graduate of the Canadian Memorial Chiropractic College Doctorate program (CMCC - 2019). He treats a variety of musculoskeletal conditions (spine or extremity pain, arthritic conditions, stenosis, motor vehicle accidents, headaches, sport related injuries, chronic pain and more) within a multidisciplinary setting allowing for patients to receive the best care possible. Dr. Idris uses soft tissue therapy techniques, joint manipulations and mobilizations as well as evidence-based modalities (Shockwave, laser (LLLT), Spinal decompression etc.) to optimize results for his patients. Dr. Idris encourages patient specific rehabilitation exercises in addition to his treatments to help strengthen and prevent future pain and injury.

Steven Reed graduated with honours from Sir Sanford Fleming College in 2016. He is experienced with traditional Swedish massage, facial techniques, deep tissue massage and joint play. Steven is able to incorporate a variety of techniques and alterations in order to individualize each massage based on the client’s needs. He is experienced in treating all ages and treating many conditions including (but not limited to), anxiety, muscular conditions, mental disorders, end of life care. Steven believes that even though patterns may form in the body, each and every massage should be different in order to treat the cause, instead of just treating the symptoms.
